2. Eligibility

To register and use the eq777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eq777 applies a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended and all funds held pending review.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling and sports betting. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of eq777, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. eq777 may verify your identity through KYC procedures at any stage.

eq777 reserves the right to decline registration or to suspend or permanently close any account that does not meet these eligibility criteria, with or without prior notice. Any funds held in ineligible accounts will be subject to review before any return is considered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

eq777 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as announced from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month as communicated within the Platform at the time of deposit.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. eq777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder and may apply enhanced KYC checks in such cases.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing time is within 24 hours, though in practice the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. eq777 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• eq777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside eq777's control and are your responsibility.

eq777 maintains all player funds separately from operational funds. In the event that a player's account shows a negative balance arising from a technical error or disputed transaction, eq777 reserves the right to correct the balance after investigation. Players should report any suspected transaction errors to support within 72 hours of the transaction appearing on their account.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Use of the eq777 Platform must at all times comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including falsification of identity documents submitted for KYC purposes.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, whether directly or through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial mechanism to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, or coordinated betting strategies intended to exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to layer or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, or exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error to obtain an unintended advantage.

eq777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, eq777 may place a temporary hold on the affected account and any associated accounts pending investigation. The outcome of the investigation may include permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the eq777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game mechanics, and user interface design, is the property of eq777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without eq777's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. The eq777 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of eq777 and may not be used without explicit written authorisation.

10. Amendments to These Terms

eq777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eq777 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
